You have to appreciate West Tampa and Ybor City, to fully understand what made Frank Garcia the man he is. I recall Frank from the "hood", we went to the same dances, and we we went to the same school, Thomas Jefferson High. Frank's rugged good looks made him a favorite among the many young ladies. His many talents hidden because of his boyish good looks. It wasn't until 1984 when I interviewed Frank on my radio program at Newsradio 970 WFLA after one of his many great finds, that I saw the depth of his essence. This guy is special. I smiled when I saw him on with Bryant Gumble on the NBC Today show. I new now everybody was starting to "get" Frank. Frank Garcia is the heart and soul of West Tampa and Ybor City. His passion for life made him Indiana Jones long before we ever heard of the movie. His zest for life is matched by a very few. This book will give you an inside look at the prankster, the best karaoke singer in captivity, and his passion for rocks.
